HOW TO APPLY:

1. Prep the nails, dehydrate and apply two layers of Rossi Glam Powder in shade Fabulous Black (or other dark shade) using the usual dipping method.
2. Continue with two layers of flake powder and then activate, buff & file. 
3. Seal everything with a top coat and be amazed!
