How do I place an order?
- Finish adding products to your cart.
- You can process your order through our website or through PayPal - If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “SECURE CHECKOUT” button located on the right side of the screen. If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click on the "PayPal" button.
- Next you have to fill in your personal information - email address, phone number, shipping address.
- If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the "DISCOUNT" field located on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click on the "APPLY" button in order to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
- Continue by clicking “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “CONTINUE ON TO PAYMENT METHOD”.
- You have to complete your payment details.
- Once you have completed the form, click on the "COMPLETE ORDER" button. You will recieve an order confirmation email once you finish it.

I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.

What are your payment options?
We process payments via your credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or PayPal.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is $7.95 for US and for other countries. We offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $60.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days. Domestic orders typically take 5-7 business days from when they were placed to be delivered (depending on where you are located).
International orders are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks pending customs and weather conditions (depending on where you are located).
How can I cancel an order?
You can request order cancellation after 2 hours. After this time, our system processes it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back.
What can I do if my package gets lost?
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.

We ship our packages worldwide. In case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you as soon as possible and make necessary changes to your order.
