I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is $7.95 for domestic orders (US). We offer FREE shipping on orders over $60.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at usps.com.
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days. Domestic orders typically take 5-7 business days from when they were placed to be delivered (depending on where you are located).
How can I cancel an order?
You can request order cancellation after 2 hours. After this time, our system processes it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back.
What can I do if my package gets lost?
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.
Which countries do you ship to?
Right now we ship only to United States.
How can I change my shipping address?
Change of address is allowed no later than 2 hours after placing an order. You can contact us at contact@RossiNails.com to make a change of address.
