This color is pretty opaque. The blue is really pretty, however the color change isn't as dramatic as I had hoped. It is still visible, but someone else might not catch the color change.
The picture shown may not be the best for showing the full change, and application was not up to par, so keep that in mind.
Accent Nail:
Madam Glam Cat Eye Gel Polish I BELIEVE in color Phoenix, but is probably discontinued as I cannot find it on the website.
Other Details:
Applied over slightly transparent white nail tips.
